We have found over the years that having specialized, dedicated staff who meet the unique needs of our Vail / Beaver Creek candidates most effectively provides the special attention that you deserve. We have brought together a fantastic group of staff members who have the enthusiasm, dedication and expertise to serve you.
Jill Smirl, Owner of Mom's Best Friend Vail / Beaver Creek, will answer any questions that you may have, guide you through the process, from the interview, throughout the screening process, to training. She will be your key point of contact for all sitter bookings, long-term placement process, and any post-placement needs.
Your Placement Specialist, Deborah Hawk, assists Jill with babysitter placements, caregiver screening, and a number of other placement-related tasks.
Suzanne Sloan is our Business Development specialist, using her many years of experience in the community to educate clients, candidates and partners about the unique benefits of working with Mom's Best Friend.
Your Director of Marketing, Jessica Sjolseth, prepares and manages our Mom’s Best Friend website, promotional marketing materials, newsletters, and advertising. She manages all community outreach and public relations efforts for MBF, and is the point of contact for all media inquiries.
