Mom's Best Friend was founded in 1994 by Kathy Dupuy. Our core services are to place trusted caregivers in the homes of selective clientele for nanny services, sitter services, senior services (select cities), corporate backup care services, night nanny services, and more. We are one of the largest and most trusted nanny agencies in the country, capable of responding to our clients’ ever-evolving needs throughout the Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Vail/Beaver Creek, Aspen, and beyond, with sufficient resources to ensure our staff will be personally involved in your placement at every step of the way.

Our utmost goal is to create secure and cherished relationships between nanny, sitters, senior caregivers and other household personnel and the families who employ them. We do this by selecting only experienced and committed candidates who can recognize and reflect the unique interests and values of our client families. Further, all candidates must pass our extensive screening process. Fewer than 10% of all applicants to our agency are selected to become a part of our team, demonstrating our mission to refer only the most qualified and dedicated professionals to serve our client households.
