We find it extremely important to maintain service standards among our providers. As such, for our most commonly placed positions, we have developed specific courses designed to educate providers in order to meet the expectations of our MBF Agency client families.

MBF Agency Housekeeper Professional Development

This four-hour course is designed for executive housekeepers to refine their existing skills. Some of the topics covered are etiquette, interviewing tips and tools, employment agreements and evaluations, tax information, and tips for communicating with employers. This session, available to all MBF Agency housekeepers located in our local cities, will also help housekeepers develop their personal service standards, define their strengths, and exceed their employer's expecations.

Mom's Best Friend Nanny Professional Development

This seminar was created for nannies to sharpen their skills and knowledge. Included in the four-hour course, taught in our local offices, are such relevant topics as: interview techniques, developing age appropriate activities for charges, appropriate discipline, communication with parent employers, safety, and much more. The seminar is a required course for all local nannies placed through Mom's Best Friend. Mom's Best Friend is working to empower nannies with greater skills and professionalism and to provide families with a higher level of care and service.
