Each caregiver then has to go through our intensive 10-step screening process, eliminating 90% of all applicants. This ensures that our clients do not have to spend any time sifting through applications or worrying about qualifications. - Agency Training: Professional Development Class (Long-term Caregivers) or Temporary Nanny Orientation (Sitters)
