- References checked and former employment

- Previous experience in the field
- Professional Development Class (Nannies only)*
- Motor vehicle records check (if driving while
on the job)
- Highest level of education verified
- Credit check
- Available per client's request: psychological
evaluations, drug/health screening, and handwriting
analysis
