Laura Patterson, Director of Customer Service and Training

Laura attended the University of Kansas where she received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in advertising. She moved to Austin to put her talents to use at GSD&M Advertising Agency in Media Planning. Laura joined MBF in 2002, and her roles have included operations, human resources, finance, and long-term placements. She now manages customer service, training, and events.
