Sitter Services Team

(Who will be helping me get sitter assignments?)

Your Staffing Specialist, Pamela Dean, is your initial contact and will answer any questions that you may have. Pamela will guide you through the screening process, from the interview to the Temporary Nanny Orientation. She also uses a wide variety of venues to bring in many qualified candidates for our MBF families.

Your Placement Manager, Paula Mast, is your primary contact throughout your work with MBF, placing you in temporary jobs and alerting you of any future networking or continuing education opportunities.

Jessica Sjolseth is your Director of Temporary Services and she will ensure quality in the placements and outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Hanna Carr and Miranda Howell are the after-hours team, covering evenings and weekends. They handle emergency situations, and bookings for those unexpected, last-minute needs.
