Meet Your Temporary Services Team

(Who will fill my sitter requests?)

Monica Alcantar is your Director of Temporary Services. Monica will gather the initial details about you, your family and your requirements, and answer any questions that you may have about working with Mom’s Best Friend. She will also ensure that your placements are seamless, and that you are given outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Your Placement Manager, Paula Mast, will be your key point of contact for temporary services. You will contact Paula to reserve ongoing services such as our temporary nannies (sitters), newborn specialists, and temporary personal assistants.

Marc Sjolseth covers our corporate emergency back-up care bookings, as well as our after-hours weeknight emergency line.

Katie Earwood covers our weekend emergency line. She handles emergency bookings for those unexpected, last-minute needs.

Katie Talkington is our nanny liaison. She interviews and screens all of our nannies, conducts our Temporary Nanny Orientation sessions, oversees background and reference checks, and does recruiting.
